The campgrounds has a permanent residence approx. 3200 sq. ft. all utilities in res. are paid by camp. and one year round rental. 80% of electrical service in campground was upgraded in 2008 with 50&30 amp service. There are two out buildings one used for workshop and the other has a 26x64 rec hall, with 3 horse stalls. Also a lift for working on vehicles. there is land owned by campgrounds that is used for hay, or could be used for whatever you want to use it for. One plot is approx. 8 acres One approx. 23 and another approx 16 acres. there is wooded area that can be expanded to add more lots.
