Description

PRICE REDUCED - Health issues are forcing us to sell this park. The park is located in the foothills of the Wolf Mountains and sits on ten treed acres with 25 RV spaces with lots of wildlife in the area. The wildlife consists of deer, elk, pronghorn, coyotes, bear, wolf, cougar and upland birds that bring a lot of hunters into the area. Hunters use us for their meeting place and a place to eat. The Custer Battlefield and the Bighorn River are nearby which has some of the best fly fishing in the country. There is a bar, restaurant and C-store with a USPS Village Post Office. Dining customers can view wildlife while dining and may even see a wolf. A liquor license is included but the gambling license cannot be transferred so a new license must be purchased by the new owner. Wireless internet is set up. A new 30 x 50 maintenance barn is included so you can bring your own horses and/or have a space for tenants' or hunting horses. A laundry/bath house is included with new washing machines and dryers. Most of the tenants are long term and employees of the Sarpy Creek Coal Mine as we do not get many overnighters. The owner/manager housing is a 1998 Fleetwood 4 bedroom double wide. If you enjoy the country, this is the place for you. You may reach us at 406-342-5414 or 406-342-5294.
