There are approximately 67 RV full hookup lots, 4 RV Water/Electric Lots, 6 park models, 2 RV rentals, 1 apartment, 2 homes plus an owner's residence; approximately 82 sites and rental units plus owner's residence. There is a clubhouse, maintenance area, office/store, propane selling station by weight, laundry, bath house, storage units, and a fish cleaning station.
