Located in the Roosevelt National Forest across from the Poudre River. We are selling our small campground which is on 4.5 acres boarding the national forest. It has a house w/office, in ground garage, 4 cabins and 10 RV sites. It is in a great place and 2 people can run it comfortably. We have only opened and operated it for 4 months in the summer for the last 14 years. It has been basically ran as a second home rather than a business.
