The RV park has been significantly re-worked over the past 3 years. Fifty-five full hook-up sites on which electric is strong, city water is pressure regulated, and city sewer is problem free.
Wi-Fi is great with 3 electrically amplified antenna(all new latest technology equipment). About 40 sites are wired for cable. Sites are close to level, mostly graveled, and many are spacious.
Customer count is building, and customers are happy. Park is open from April until November. We have four all season sites developed, but as yet have not developed year 'round demand.

Income is steady thanks to 10 long term rental units. Units are in good condition - freshly painted interiors, plumbing electric and heat in good condition. Units consist of (3-2 bdrm duplex, 1-1 bdrm duplex, 5-2 bdrm mobile homes,1-1 bdrm 40' RV). An 11th unit can be added by converting the 2 cabins to a 1 bedroom rental.
