This park sits on 9.6 acres of shaded oaks in the peace and quiet of the South Texas countryside. The park offers 16 sites plus 2 dry sites, all sites have thier own meters with 30/50 amp services at each.We have 3 fully furnished cabins for monthly rental. The park has a 1000sq. ft. building with laundry room,men and womens restrooms with showers in each. We have recently built a 1000 sq. ft. Country Store that comes complete with beverage coolers,freezers,shelving, and inventory. We also have a concession trailer that is a local favorite for breakfast tacos and lunch specials.
