Centerpoint Lodge has been operated commercially but could easily be residential again. It is near all things Buffalo National River near the Centerpoint Trailhead and acts as overflow parking briging in up to $500 some weekends dor that purpose. Has an extra rental cabin for guests, 7 RV hookups, a shop - you name it and it is here. Has been used as a horse camp in the past as well. Lodge has 8 bedrooms in main lodge and 7 Bathrooms. There are 7 RV sites and 6 tent sites. Has a parking pavilion for rental OHV's which is leased for $400 a month and a share of each UTV leased each time it rolls out. 6 tent camping sites to rent out. Horse and hiking trails are across the road on Buffalo National River land, There are numerous roads and an OHV park nearby for offroad vehicles. The nearby towns are Ponca, Compton, Jasper, Eureka Sprongs, Harrison and Fayettville Arkansas as well as Branson Missouri
