This was a K.O.A. campground for 30 +/- yrs. i recently have been revamping the park in all areas. pool and decking, paint inside and out on all buildings, new roofs, windows, doors, flooring, ,electrical, gutters, and cafe equipment. new nine hole putt putt golf. this campground has lots of income sources. 20 full hook up rv sites,19 water/electric hook ups.all pull through shady sites. eight cabins. several tent sites.coin opp. laundry room.game room. cafe/snack bar.putt putt golf. store. huge pool open to day campers. the entire area uses this resort like their own back yard. they pay $5 a person to swim,play golf or picnic. lots of room to grow with utilities in place for twelve new sites. late model 3/2 d.w. modular home. 17 acres close to town and ky. lake state park and marina. i would trade for an rv park or marina or??? further south.
