Seeking Investor to help REOPEN existing Stagger Lee Music Park southeast Georgia.. Bluegrass Music enthusiast preferred. Family Farm setting, stocked catfish & largemouth bass, crappie...Nature setting, deer, turkey, bobwhite quail, beavers... 104.. acres.. 150 RV hookups already installed in 40 acre field....room for hundreds more...stage/pavilion already built...restrooms with showers hot & cold running water. Kitchen started needs completion. The dump station is now installed with permanent sewer lines to 32 of the hookups...

We can now take RV's and had 2 campers last month and one this month. for a refueling outage at HATCH Nuclear Plant. I did not get ready in time for the outage but advertised there and have 5 campers promised for next year.
