Office and Maintenance

We're a super nice married couple, 59 and 61, looking for a job for the rest of the winter, beginning January 1, 2012. We're a bit late in the season, but he is working for Amazon.com in NV and wants to honor his commitment to work until Dec. 23rd.

If you are in need of someone to work maintenance/yard/repair, Rick is perfect for the job. He is a retired carpenter (they never do really retire, you know?) with lots and lots of handyman skills, including basic plumbing and electric and he can use all lawn care machinery plus a tractor, and he's nice and friendly, besides! Friendly, personable and fun.

I, Jeannie, need to work inside (do not mind basic bathroom cleaning duties or pick up outside, but need to spend most of my time indoors) and am great in a store/office setting. Can learn campground software easily, am very people oriented (love rv'ers and campers in particular) and I am also professional while being personable. I do have retail and store experience (in fact, in a campground setting years ago, along with Yellowstone National Park) and I have worked at a quaint inn in Nashville, front desk/reservations. Also, professional background in real estate office, medical/dental office and assisting and funeral home (really!) secretarial. All add up to a person with good office skills.

Now, we are not actual retirees in the way lots of other people are. Our past did not include work with retirement benefits, unfortunately. Both of us need to work. Either one for site and one for money or both for money and pay for site (or get FHU included?).

Also, we should mention that we have a 30 foot Canadian made Award Classic 30 travel trailer and a great tow vehicle. We also have well behaved (really and truly..can provide references to that fact) dogs. They have been traveling with us this past year, were in the Colorado Rockies this past summer and were campground favorites. Everyone always compliments us on our good doggies. We are naturally very proud.

There you go...all upfront. We both have passed criminal background checks this year, and are drug/alcohol free. He smokes outside but is trying desperately to quit. She does not smoke. Now, that's all folks and hope to hear from someone soon.
