Work Camping Position

Hello everyone! My husband and I are just starting our first workamper position in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains in California. We are working at Los Altos Rod & Gun Club. While I work in the pro shop collecting fees and selling targets, ammunition, food, eye/ear protection, etc, my husband is a Range Safety Office on the 6 different ranges offered at the club. He also does trash detail and there is a lot of recycling done here so he does that also. We will be here until about the middle of November and then will again be looking for somewhere to work. We are both energetic and this is what we wanted to do in our "golden years". We have a 5th wheel trailer that is 24' long. Our additional family includes a border collie (O'Malley), a Papillon (Lilo) and a large black cat (Spot). They have become wonderful travelers and love the adventure. We always keep the cat in her condo for the first week or so for her to become accustomed to her surroundings. It only took her 4 days to be comfortable at Los Altos. Please contact us if you have a position at a camping area or other facility. We are hard workers and change is always welcome. Adventure is just around the next curve in the road!!
