We currently have General Manager positions available at the following Morgan RV Resort Properties: Atlantic Blueberry, FL
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their property, maintenance and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests.
•Providing leadership and direction to the property; developing and implementing property-wide strategies and initiatives; and the financial and operational performance of the property including budget, forecasts, revenue management, brand standards, guest service, facilities maintenance and employee engagement.
•Provide leadership, direction and support to all areas of operations within the park to include hiring, training, coaching, and counseling.
•Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures.
•Responsible for the overall financial performance of the park. Manages the budget to meet financial objectives.
•Partners with sales and marketing to develop and execute creative strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
•Responsible for the overall operational performance of the park including guest service.
•Develop and implement operating standards, policies, practices and procedures in alignment with those of Morgan RV Resorts.
•Ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
•Communicate effectively and consistently with internal and external stakeholders including management team, staff, ownership and corporate.
•Build relationships with key community and business associations to further the parks goals and objectives.
