Resort Opportunities Restaurant lease available, also Golf Course lease

We have a opportunity for the right people who want to run their own Restaurant/ Bar or Golf Course   at Stockton Lake in Missouri. We will lease this property for the cost of the taxes/insurance to the right persons who would like to give this a chance. The kitchen area has most everything you will need to start a small Restaurant/Bar/Recreation business. This is located at the former Cedar Oaks Lodge Golf Course resort. The restaurant was last opened in 2009. 

We would also like to do the same type of lease with the golf course. It has been open as recently as last season but the greens need some attention. We have most of the equipment that would be needed.

We are in the process of cleaning the motel and improving 10 of the rooms that we will be renting this season. We have purchased this property with the intention of bringing it back to life, but we need to put a team of people together to accomplish this. We are also looking at adding RV spots to the area.
