Resort Management Team

Resort Management Team wanted for full service, 49 space RV park and 40 slip marina on the shore of Foster Lake in Sweet Home, Oregon.  Located 35 miles east of Corvallis in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, the lake is a favorite for fishing and water sport enthusiasts from the mid-Willamette Valley.  Edgewater RV Resort and Marina (www.edgewateroregon.com) enters its fourth full season with a 2012 expansion program including construction of resort office and manager living space, clubhouse, convenience store, swimming pool/hot tub, waterfront concession stand and expansion of the marina to 80 slips with on-water fueling and pump-out stations.

We seek motivated, reliabile, career minded professionals with excellent customer relations and hospitality skills to be responsible for year-round resort management activities.  This is NOT a seasonal or workamper position.  The successful applicant team will exhibit strong organizational skills, fully developed bookkeeping and business management practices, be competent in use of computers and related technology, possess effective communication skills and have experience in management of park staff, groundswork and maintenance.  Applicants with customer service experience in the hospitality industry are desired and the preferred candidates will have a demonstrated track record in RV park and marina management including resort marketing and staffing responsibilities.
