Ocean canyon properties (OCP)

If you are looking for a great camping opportunity this may be it.  I am a member of Ocean Canyon Properties (OCP).  I am a disabled veteran and my health  has declined in the last few months. I want to sell my property at Ocean Canyon Properties (OCP). As a member I also belong to Coast to Coast and all the benefits that come with it. First as a member OCP you can can camp at any of their 8 properties at no charge. You may camp at 1 property for 21 days and depart and return in 7 days. They have cabins at their properties that they rent  to members  50% of regular price or more. Being a member of Coast to Coast you may camp at the majority of all their campgrounds in the U.S. for the price of $10.00 or $15.00. Another major benefit which we have used a lot is Coast to Coast's Condo Division. You can get on their website and search for a condo in the area you want to go and book it for 7 days and our average cost for a 2 bedroom was $495.00 weekly.  I do mean 4 and 5 star resorts. OCP has 8 properties  located in GA, 2 in AL, LA, TX, 2 in OK. and our resort in AR. You need to log on to OCP and view some of these resorts. There are annual maintenence fees for OCP of $395.00 and a 1 time transfer fee of $275.00. Not all members have Coast to Coast but we do and they have a annual fee of $132.95.  If I left out any fees I will cover any extra costs I may have missed. OCP has provided me with camping certificates for 3 days for free, or $50.00 cash, or 2  nights at 1 of their cabins.
