Silent Valley Club sits on 460 acres in a beautiful mountain forest.  Of the over 800 sites available, most provide full hookups with both back in and pull through options available. Your membership includes a guaranteed 110 days of camping per year.  Campground has a restaurant and lounge with scheduled entertainment, 4 pools, including an adults only pool, and a spa.  There are 3 playgrounds, miniature golf, basketball and tennis courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a club house and fully stocked fishing pond.  The facility also offers RV storage, 24 hour security, laundry facilities and a general store.  Pets are also welcome. Nearby attractions include the scenic mountain town of Idyllwild and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway that offers a spectacular view of the Coachella Valley as you rise to the top of the San Jacinto Peak. Once at the top there are many scenic hiking trails throughout the wilderness area.  There is a $900 transfer fee of which the motivated seller, who no longer owns an RV, will pay $500.  The buyer will pay the other $400 plus $100 for a background check for each person to be included on the membership.  The annual membership fee is $935, which is currently paid through September, 2024.
