Community Restrictions:

RVs age must be between 10 years or less and between 26 and 40 feet long. RVs must park in such a way that the unit does not encroach on the easements. There may only be 2 people residing on a lot. Additional guests or guests under 55 may stay for no more than 2 weeks per year. There may be no more than 2 pets per household.
