At “The View” (3268 Fish Hawk Dr. Polk City, FL, 33868) you will have a pull in rental with full hook up (50 amp service), water, sewer, and trash service. You can relax under your very own 14’x14’ tiki hut with quality teak furniture, and a 42” smart tv with Directv (including the NFL package) and wifi. Our rental lot is the only lot in Bay Lake with a full frontal view of Lake Mattie. The sun rises over the lake and makes for beautiful Florida mornings day after day.

At Bay Lake, we have a clubhouse where residents and guests get together In the fall, day after day for cocktail hour, birthday parties, crafts, BBQs, sporting events, hanging out with other guests, and much much more. We have a beautiful pool area with a hot tub that is always clean and well maintained. Also located in the club house is a laundry room, movie theatre, work out room with nice equipment, and a private conference room for conducting business if you need some personal space.

Few motor coach rental lots can boast of a beautiful lake front view, but as you can see, WE CAN!! Lake Mattie is a private lake that is perfect for all types of water activities. Bring your boat, kayaks, fishing poles and anything else you can
think to do on the lake.

Bay Lake is located 20 miles from Disney and about an hour to either coastal beaches. We are right off of I-4 which runs across the middle of Florida through Tampa and Orlando.

Winter Rates,(November thru April) are as follows, $75.00 daily (3 day minimum)
$425.00 weekly and $1600.00 monthly.
Long term winter rental (3 to 6 months) reduced to $1400.00 per month.
We also have reduced summer rates ( May thru October) are as follows, $60.00 daily (3 day minimum ).
$350.00 weekly and $1200.00 monthly. All rates apply for two people, additional guest are $10.00 per guest per day.
These rates include electric, water, sewer trash pick up and taxes. All fees must be paid in advance at the time the reservations are made.
No refunds will be given for early departure.
