Class A Motorcoach, Deer Creek is a gated community located about 20 minutes from Disney, close enough to hear fireworks at night. It is a gated community offering several swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, crafts, or any number of other activities at this all-star resort. A golf cart is yours to socialize, visit the nearby mall, or play on the Resort’s executive 18 hole golf course. Concrete pavers allow plenty of room for easy access and parking for automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, tow dolly, enclosed trailer, etc. Also, a small casita with shower, toilet, sink, washer, dryer, storage, and work table is included. This site offers a 180 degree view of the next door tortoise preserve.
Nearby Orlando you can enjoy all the attractions, amusement parks, fine dining and shopping. Both coastal areas are only an hour away with beaches, sporting events, points of interest, and deep sea fishing.
All renters have to be 40 years, have a Class A motor coach, and want to stay 3 months. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash pickup and first $100 of electrical usage. Renter is responsible for Internet (available free at Club House), cable, phone, and their forwarding mail service. First and last month’s rent are due at signing lease.
