Membership with double private campsite lots. Large lots are at the back of the club surrounded by greenbelt with mature ceders and landscaping. It has access to RV hook up with power and water on both lots with internet available, drop-off garbage disposal, and new septic placement pending. Also, within walking distance of shower and laundry facilities. Easily park RV with cover or single wide park motel and add surrounding fence or outbuildings.

This is a 70 acre, gated member owned camping club. It allows 180 day continous use a year, includes nice amenities and governed by the members. There are no age restrictions, but there is a limit of two-person per property on deed. Your recreational vehicle can stay year-round. Store and use your RV as a second home or getaway. Snowbirds welcome! Store your boat for easy access to Luhr’s Landing boat launch.
The club contains pond shocked with fish yearly, clubhouse, outdoor pavilion, full-service lounge/bar, and over 7 miles of roads for hiking or golf carting. There are social activities if you want to participate, or you can keep to yourself in your private oasis. Area close state and local parks, the boardwalk on the bay, capital lake and boat launches for Puget sound just 15 minutes away. Shopping, services, & restaurant in Lacey and downtown Olympia are 10 to 15 minutes away. Thirty minutes from Tacoma and an hour from Seattle depending on traffic.

Membership Dues are $2000 annual per lot or $166 per month. Credit and background check are required for membership.
