Deer Park is 15 miles north of Spokane. The lot is on the 9th tee box on Deer Park Golf and Country Club Course with beautiful surrounding mountain views.

This park is rated 9.5 in the Woodalls Camping book. There is a beautiful club house and pool. The park is a gated community; open during the day and a combination lock at night.

Some owners have added a shed to their lot for extra storage/refrigerator or living space.

The HOA dues cover water, sewer, garbage and lawn maintenance. Resident's of the park receive a reduced fee to golf.
