We have a beautiful travel trailer/5th wheel fenced space for rent on our 4 acre property. Electric, Septic, LP gas and water available. We have amazing cell service and internet is available at your cost. There is a 12x12 heated and insulated shed with a new HE washer and Dryer. The shed is shared with us but the washer and dryer will be for your use only. Year round access but 4x4 recommended in the winter.
Beautiful views and close to town.
You must be water wise. We are in dry Colorado and want to preserve our well.
We also keep bees on the property.
Well maintained RV preferred.
