Nice, gated 40-Space RV community located in the new development area of Bakersfield, California seeks full-time/year-round, mature couple to manage on-site. RV Park was built about 10 years ago and has Laundry facilities, Pool, Clubhouse and 40 RV Spaces rented on a MONTHLY not Daily basis. 

Typical daily duties would include tenant relations, office duties (collecting rents, renting spaces, checking people in and out of the park, etc), and maintenance, along with overall supervision of the park.  Must have good People skills.
