Are you interested in developing solid experience in
the campground industry before owning a park of your
own? Or maybe you just haven’t found the right park
and are working to accumulate funds for a higher

opportunity.
As many of you know, in addition to working with the
campground brokerage firm, Campground Brokers, I
also own the Cedar City KOA located in southern
Utah. The job, which is ideally suited for a husband
and wife team, will pay a salary of approximately
$50,000, including performance incentives. The new
manager(s) must be available now and will be trained
by me. I require a minimum commitment of one year,
and will give higher consideration to those who can
commit for a longer term.
