This is
a lovely gated community, with a community
dinner every Saturday and a big breakfast once a
month. They have a lot of planed activity's
during snow bird season, such as, pitch and
putt, shuffle board, horse shoe, and putt putt
golf. Directly out side the gate there is a
county maintained 20 mile bike/walking trail
that takes you to the cute little town of Winter
Garden.
The lot itself is 40 X 60 ft
with a cement patio and sidewalk. It Also has a
shed which includes a washer and dryer. The lot
has electricity(50 Amps) ,water, sewer, phone
and cable ready. Three privacy panels with nice
landscaping and most of all beautiful shade
